Description: I was lying in bed half asleep, half awake when my cell phone’s alarm made me jump. It was 6:30am and it was time for me to get ready for school. It was the first term back in my new year in Y11 and I absolutely dreaded school. But I was also very excited to see all of my closest friends I haven’t seen in ages. I grabbed my phone and switched the alarm off. I slumped to the bathroom to get ready. I got dressed in my very boring senior uniform and made my way downstairs to catch the school bus.

I saw the bus approach the stop and I and other students climbed on. I found a seat and settled into it. I looked around and saw a boy around the age of an average Y13. He had brown hair and the most beautiful pair of blue eyes I have ever seen. He was wearing the normal senior boys’ uniform with school khaki shorts and boys’ school blouse and black loafers on his feet. He caught me looking at him and I immediately dropped my iPod on the floor. I bent down to pick it up and then stared out the window, wondering why I have never seen this boy before.
